Description
Responsibilities:
- Helping guests with their luggage on arrival and departure (please note we do not have lifts on the premises)
- Dealing with lugguage storage bookings including checking booking confirmations and storing of the lugguage
- Moving lugguage between rooms when required (room changes etc)
- Delivering messages and packages and undertaking any other requests
- Ensuring the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage
- Welcoming guests on arrival
- Ensuring the common areas are tidy, clean and presentable
- Assisting hotel porter with duties including but not limited to Housekeeping and vending machine organisation
Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
