This well known Australian company is offering you the opportunity to set up the strategy and deliver Change on one of their most strategic and high profile Programs.


Role & Responsibility


Through your previous experience as a Change Lead, you will demonstrate your ability to engage with stakeholders from across different areas of the business.

You will enable the business outcomes of a key programme of work through the development and delivery of a change strategy.


Profile

You will have the following:

  • Experience managing the end to end change journey on a large Finance Programme
  • Experience in designing and developing change strategies at a Programme level
  • Prior working experience in the legal sector is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Be passionate about developing a sustainable change management environment
  • The ability to influence others and move towards a common goal
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Have a PROSCI certification


A key element of your role will be engaging with and influencing stakeholders, you will be a driven and passionate Change Lead who is able to work with the business to realise the benefits of the Programme.
