If so, BT are looking for a Supplier Relationship Professional where we'll empower you, to empower our business units.


The Supplier Relationship Professional (QT) will work with the Supplier Relationship Manager (QT) and the Senior Supplier Quality Development & Compliance Manager and the wider team with the ambition to boost customer experience and help reduce PTC and complaints by ensuring only 100% quality equipment is released.

By rejecting faulty goods, the value and compliance of stock in the warehouse is ensured and protects the business from the cost of remedial actions and recalls.

What will the role involve as our Supplier Relationship Professional?

  • Support and manage day to day activities within the Quality Test area and ensure adherence to processes and procedures. This specifically includes fail verification and classification, and guidance and training to the GXO team across operational shift patterns worked in MK.
  • Scope of devices: mobile (including repair/refurbished), fixed, home, accessories, SIMs, repairs, pristine, refurb, care injection.
  • Documentation control and development of all Device Testing processes to meet the standards of ISO 900
  • Responsible for providing regular reports into the business, attending meetings as requested to represent the Product Quality, Safety and Compliance Team, and undertaking any ad hoc duties as required to achieve departmental goals. Input to CSR diagnostic scripts on known issues to resolve customer issues more effectively.

What are we looking for in our Supplier Relationship Professional? You may have a variety of the below;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including highlighting and escalating divisive issues. Must voice own expert opinions.
  • A strong team player.
  • A good working knowledge of compliance requirements for our product ranges.
  • A good working knowledge of mobile device technologies.

Working hours; 37.5 (Monday to Friday - flexible timings)
