Pay:
£26,000 -£28,000 (Per Year)

Information about the role:

As a Housing Officer, you will be the key contact for anything relating to your residents' homes. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with resi-dents, offering an empathetic and personal housing service.

Where a care and support provider delivers on-site, you will work closely with this teams to achieve a joined up approach.

You will be the principal housing contact for Proactive Life south.

PLS is a care provider that supports people across the UK with learning disabilities and / or mental health conditions and who have complex needs.

We offer a supported living service where we work together so our people can achieve their goals in life.

You will deliver housing management services specialised to the client group, always considering their needs and vulnerabilities and putting them at the heart of our service.

You will ensure a safe, supportive environment by reporting repairs and man-aging the health, safety and cleanliness of the residents properties by developing superb relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

The Housing Officer delivers housing management services and being actively involved in organising activities for the residents.

Your role will often include working in partnership with other agencies and advocating for residents, as well as setting clear expectations with residents, so they consistently have the information and assistance to sustain their tenancies.

You will be personally committed to delivering the highest quality housing management services, ensuring that our homes are well-managed, with minimised voids, maximised income, and above all offer positive environments for our res-idents.

This is a challenging and rewarding role. You will be adept at-risk management, have good judgement, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for excellent customer service.
