Seven Social Care is working with Accord housing association to recruit a senior specialist support worker for their service at Court oak Road.

£17.66 per hour

Duties:

To carry out Needs/Risk assessments and pull together a support plan for approximately 12 tenants.

Experienced Support Worker would also be considered.

30/35 hours a week - 10am to 4pm

Work is based at static location although driving license is preferable

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:
Social and Health care training

Compliance:
Up to date Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS
