The role

The difference our new Services Team Leader (Labs) will make

As a Services Team Leader (Labs), you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you will enable the Lab Analysts meet the relevant customer timescales safely and to the right quality standards.

Day to day, you'll supervise laboratory analytical services. You'll be line managing a small team of analysts (nine max.) and reporting on results. You'll be responsible for the safety, quality and operational delivery of the lab.

This role is based Onsite at Greeson Court, Cumbria.

Essential experience

Experience of working in laboratory services within a nuclear or other regulated / high hazard industry, with proven experience in safety management
Relevant scientific or engineering qualification (e.g. HNC or HND or degree) or significant handson experience within the laboratorybased role
Experience managing a team and customers
Must be able to achieve BPSS clearance
