Description

A London based College is recruiting for a HR Recruitment Officer to join their team.

The post holder will provide excellent Recruitment support to Recruiting Managers and act as a first point of contact for providing guidance to potential applicants on the College's Recruitment Policy.

Job responsibilities include:

Liaising with managers to complete shortlisting
Arranging interviews, and occasionally sitting on panels
Sending out interview outcomes and feedback
Liaising with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff
Compiling weekly recruitment update reports for management meetings
Working with rest of the HR team to ensure vetting / preemployment checks are completed for new starters
Posting adverts
At least 6 months working with a recruitment setting
Experience of effective recruitment administration leading on recruitment process from vacancy approval into onboarding
Experience of working in a busy and professional office, within an HR environment
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in a professional manner
