This role is based at our office in Locksbottom, located outside the hustle and bustle of London's inner city, between Bromley and Orpington with hybrid working available once you're settled into the business.

About the role


As an Operations Administrator, you will use your previous financial services experience to provide valuable support across the firm for Client Reporting and Portfolio Administration.

With a strong working knowledge of investment operations and client valuations,you will be empowered to ensure we meet the highest client service standards and maintain a TCF culture in respect of all the six outcomes.


What you'll do

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation of Probate Valuations; assisting with stock research and completing final checks before issuing to clients.
  • Preparing data for quarterly uploads, assisting with data queries raised by exception reports and managing queries from Investment Managers and offices.
  • Administering dealing for new clients, investing new funds, and rebalancing in line with MPS models.
  • Managing ongoing monitoring and annual assessments for Managed Portfolio Service accounts.
  • Monitoring and reviewing all MiFID II reporting
  • Working with your colleagues to ensure training requirements are carried out.
  • Maintaining a TCF culture in respect of all the six outcomes
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework

What we're looking for

  • A-Level/Level 3 qualification with GCSEs grade A-C in English and Mathematics.
  • At least 1824 months experience gained in an administrative role in a regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of or keen interest in investment operations.
  • An intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • An ability to use your own initiative and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to handle and analyse complex information
  • Good attention to detail and proven accuracy skills.
