£20-24K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Learning how to effectively map out your markets and conduct effective Business Development activities
Prospecting for new clients and leads
Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients

Graduate or Recruitment/Sales experience
