The Role
The position available is part of a Rota.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, and when required, have the confidence to deal with customer issues professionally and calmly.
Manage complaints in an effective manner.
Cowheels is a growing and dynamic business and therefore duties may vary into other areas of the business on occasion.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Confident conversing with all kinds of people and able to build positive relationships with internal and external people alike.
Ability to recognize actual and potential problems and be proactive in seeking relevant solutions.
Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
Good knowledge of IT programs and comfortable using different software programs.
Strong focus on continuous improvement.
Must be able to use own initiative and think independently.
