We are recruiting for an e-Commerce Co-Ordinator to join our team in our Head Office on Broad Street.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Support the site management for effective daytoday eCommerce operations
Responsible for the upload of content across the websites using the CMS
Manage and review product presentation on site to ensure correct categorisation, images, copy, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements
Create virtual images/content etc for products for use on the eCommerce platform to enhance the customer experience
Monitoring facets and improving filter systems
Review any requests for content corrections and fix accordingly
Colour changing and image editing
Optimising existing product listings
Close coordination with all internal teams including but not limited to buying, customer service, sales to help provide optimum online experience and support with ad hoc requests where necessary
Act as a liaison with customer service to work with or resolve customer or product situations where appropriate

About you

Despite not being customer facing, we require that all roles within the business are held by people passionate about our customers. This will ensure that all tasks and requirements are approached with a customer first mentality
Responsible for quality of work in terms of accuracy, content and commitment to deadlines
Ability to work across two brands adapting UX accordingly
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Forthcoming with constructive challenges to the business
A constant striving to improve how we do things, looking to implement cost and time efficiencies
Good team player part of a small team within a business operated with a family run ethos
Demonstrated ability to enhance web experience to generate sales
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and web development approaches
Multitasking and analytical skills
Detail and deadline oriented
Proficient in Adobe photoshop
