We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, keen and motivated Sous Chef to join our client's team based in London's Square Mile.

Located in a prestigious and stunning site, the kitchen caters for both staff and hospitality producing high end food on both levels.

As the Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen for the staff dining.

Working within a large brigade, you'll need to be a strong team player as well as be able to motivate and support the team.

All food is freshlyprepared so the ability to cook from scratch using quality ingredients is essential.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- be at Sous Chef level with a proven work history
- ideally have B&I contact catering experience or similar
- be able to cater for high volume
- be genuinely passionate about good food and ingredients
- be able to manage a team as well as be a team player
- ideally have some financial understanding (costings, budget control)
- be self motivated, enthusiastic and keen
- be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
