EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently recruiting for a UK Premier Events Venue, for the role of
Group HR Administrator. It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable events organisation with unrivalled hospitality facilities


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Report to the HR Director on a daytoday basis and providing diary management
  • Prepare and attend training, reviews, appraisals, disciplinary, and grievance meetings/hearings as required
  • Take effective minutes of meetings and circulate them in a timely manner
  • Ensure employee records are updated and maintained
  • Take responsibility for a range of HR administrative processes
  • Assist with the reward & retention program
  • Carry out monthly training, absence reporting & other project reports
  • Regularly issue and monitor all contracts of employment

Skills/Requirements:


  • Keen desire to be in HR
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly attitude
  • Flexible to travel in the UK if required
