Description
B8 ADHD Pharmacist required by NHS Trust based in the East of EnglandTo start ASAP and will be an ongoing placement
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Duties to include:
Medication reviews and prescription of YP aon the ADHD clinic caseload and associated clinical documentation
Allocated new ADHD assessments in agreement with the Lead Consultant.
Participate and contribute to the MDT meetings
Liasion with GP's and Schools in relation to the YP's care.
