The Graduate School

The Graduate School is home to UWL's community of doctoral students and the centre for the main postgraduate research training activities.

It aims to ensure that the University provides a consistent quality environment and support for all doctoral students.

The Role

The main purposes of this role are:
(1) To provide administrative and PA support to the Director of Research and Development (Prof. Aude Bicquelet-Lock)

(2) To provide administrative support for a range of processes and activities in the Graduate School and the Research Support Unit.

The Person

Experience in an administrative post in Higher education with a wide range of business activities and responsibilities.
Experience of committee work and minutetaking.
Knowledge of a wide range of administrative procedures.
Knowledge of academic issues and ability to translate this knowledge into realisable administrative objectives.
