Talent & Resourcing Specialist - Birmingham
Hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week working in our newly refurbished office in the centre of Birmingham

Full-time - 40 hours per week (35 hours per week plus 1 hour paid lunch break per day)

Identify, attract, and select exceptional talent: You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier professionals across various disciplines within the criminal justice sector. Build relationships and partnerships:
You will proactively build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Utilise data and analytics:

You will leverage our in-house recruitment and HR systems to monitor data, track recruitment metrics, and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Your trend analysis will help drive strategic decision-making and enhance our recruitment practices.

Maintain compliance and confidentiality:

As a Talent & Resourcing Specialist in the criminal justice sector, you will adhere to strict protocols and service level agreements when conducting pre-employment screening checks.

Interviews - week commencing 31/07/2023

Interview process - First stage will be via MS Teams, followed by a second stage face to face interview at our offices in Birmingham with an opportunity to meet the team and one of our key stakeholders.
