We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our Tech team.

Teaching over 50,000 babies and toddlers per week across the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Germany and China, Water Babies is the largest pre-school swimming company in the world.

Our customers and our potential customers are managed via the systems we build and we want to give them the best experience possible.

We are currently embarking on a programme of digital tranformation with exciting developments over the coming months. The Tech team are key to the development and delivery of this strategy across our global locations.

The IT Support Officer responsibilities include:

Provide technical support via relevant channels for all IT issues and requests from, Head Office, Franchise staff and their customers
Manage support incidents, problems and changes via the company's ITSM system and within ITIL guidelines and SLA's
Manage company Microsoft 365 environment, keeping up to date and making changes where necessary
Install and configure phones, computer hardware, operating systems and software for our Head Office
Represent Tech department on companywide projects to offer the best possible guidance and provide technical solutions to problems
Liaise and manage 3rd party support companies when logging, tracking and resolving incidents where necessary

The role will require you to work closely with our UK and international franchisees, Head Office team and teachers, therefore exceptional communication, organisation and planning skills will be key to the success of this post.
