We are currently seeking a dynamic and organised Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge.

If you have experience in the property sector and are ready to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

Monday - Friday.

8am-4.30pm.

£15.50ph.

Weekly pay.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Effectively organise and manage all contractors, ensuring they deliver an exceptional standard of service.
  • Monitor planned maintenance and breakdown activities, logging any delays, and escalating issues to the Head of Maintenance.
  • Create daily job sheets for contractors, ensuring the prioritisation of works carried out.
  • Maintain material and supply stock levels to support efficient maintenance operations.
  • Implement the highest levels of customer service to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, referring them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Responsible for reporting the status of maintenance jobs raised, handling contractor and client invoices, and dealing with any related queries.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively within a team, maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Comply with company policies and perform any other relevant duties as requested.

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Ability to communicate effectively, maintain professional boundaries, and handle customer interactions with empathy.
  • Proficiency in prioritising work effectively in a highpressure environment.
  • Strong focus on detail, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar property maintenance coordinator position.
  • Strong team ethic with the ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
  • Willingness to work on your own initiative or within a team and respond to the varying demands of the role.
