Daily duties and responsibilities
- Working closely with other departments to ensure we are delivering 5* service
- Contacting customers to discuss queries on warranty claims and ensuring all customers are being responded to in a timely manner
- Ensuring accurate data input at all times
- Identifying solutions from queries given by customers and/or colleagues
- Liaising with onsite teams to ensure all information is communicated efficiently and accurately
- Maintaining the inbox, uploading customer issues through portal, and ensuring correspondence is kept up to date
- Overseeing phone calls on a daily basis
- Producing invoices/credit notes
- Contacting of TBC appointments and producing accurate paperwork for onsite technicians
- Logistics coordination
- Providing courtesy calls to customers following remedial visits and collating feedback for improving processes
Requirements:
- This is a customer facing role and therefore strong customer service/ customer liaison skills are essential
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads in a fastpaced environment is a must
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting
- Demonstrate strong skills in problem solving and constructive questioning
Pay and conditions:
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday 9am5pm
- 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays. You will gain an additional 1day holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)

Due to our location, we require all applicants to own a driver's license and have access to their own vehicle.
Salary:
£26,500.00 per year
