Responsibilities:


The opportunity:

  • As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile engagements across restructuring advisory, working with many of the industry's leading Partners and Directors.
  • You will gain broad industry exposure and benefit from established formal training in addition to 'on the job' learning and development.
  • You will be given the opportunity to use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, while performing companyside advisory projects, accelerated sale processes, IBRs, short term cash flow and contingency planning assignments.
  • You will be encouraged to network, both internally with our other service lines, and externally with the wider business community.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 years' professional experience from a financial advisory background.
  • Completion/currently studying ACA/ACCA strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, developed through experience with financial models, cash forecasting, options analysis or IBRs.
  • Demonstrate the desire to build on existing skill sets and develop additional knowledge of all restructuring offerings with evident project experience in some / all of the following: companyside advisory projects, distressed M&A, accelerated sale processes,IBRs, short term cash flow and capital structure analysis, formal insolvency or contingency planning.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Especially Excel and PowerPoint).
