Outbound Customer Service Executive - Webchat - Sale, M33, Trafford -£22,000 OTE £35,000 - Mon-Fri Hours (9am-5:30pm)
Due to huge investment we are expanding our Insurance Outbound Customer Service team and are on the lookout for ambitious outgoing people to join us for the ride This is an opportunity to join a thriving insurance business in Sale, Trafford and the chanceto progress your career rapidly


For the role of Outbound Customer Service Executive you will receive:

  • A basic salary of £22,000

The role of Outbound Customer Service involves speaking to potential customers about their potential insurance policies via outbound calls and answering any queries ensuring they get the best suited policy.


For the role of Outbound Customer Service, we require:

  • Some form of customer service or sales experience whether that be in a call centre, hospitality or retail environment
  • People with energy, who are great at delivering customer service
  • A person with a positive attitude, and outgoing personality
