UP TO £45,000

LONDON (HYBRID)

THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a large social research agency whose clientele includes government, healthcare, and NGOs.

They are looking for a new Research Manager to lead and manage research projects end to end, develop research tools, and manage a team.

Theteam works with a range of government teams on end-to-end research projects to research, propose and inform strategies. Their work includes everything from innovation in sustainability to helping governments with vulnerability to extremism.

THE ROLE

In this role you will:

Managing quantitative research projects from start to finish
Being a trusted advisor to clients
Working with survey methodologists and sampling team to design and implement surveys
Designing and testing questionnaires
Managing fieldwork progress and monitoring quality assurance
Analysing and interpreting survey data
Contributing to proposals and pitches for new business
Supervising and developing junior researchers

THE SKILLS

For this role you will need to have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects
Working social research experience
