NIGHT SHIFT PRODUCTION LINE LEADER

£12.60p/h ( £11.80p/h for the first 3 months until probationary period ends)

Stourgarden are currently looking for Night Shift Production Line Leader to join their team working at their state of the art facility located in the village of Great Horkesley, just north of Colchester, approximately 10 minutes from the A12 by car.

The role is a permanent position working 4 night shifts.

Core hours of work are Monday-Thursday 18:00hrs to 06:00hrs.

There are opportunities for overtime on Saturday or Sunday paid at enhanced rate of pay.

No experience is needed. All training will be provided.


Your duties will include:

  • Being a key member of our production team coordinating line operations within the pack house area
  • Maintain good hygiene standards on the line, and following good manufacturing practices
  • Setting up and running the productions lines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for your production line as instructed by your supervisor
  • Reflect the need to meet deadlines / orders at floor level
  • Work in a safe way being aware of health and safety and the health and safety of others
  • Any reasonable task requested by the management
You will be working in an industry-leading production environment with modern staff facilities. All PPE required to carry out your work will be provided.

Due to our rural location own transport will be required and we do have free parking onsite for all team members.
