Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Plumbing tasks such as WC installations/repairs, tap replacements, pipe fixes, installing new pipes, bath/shower installation, and leak tracing.
Painting and decorating responsibilities involving patch repairs, painting, and skimming.
Installation of kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling work.
Carpentry work encompassing door planning, skirting installation, kitchen worktops, cupboard repairs, door lock/closure installation, and boxing in.
Offering handyman maintenance services and attending to various miscellaneous tasks.
Flooring tasks covering subflooring, vinyl floor installation, and laminate installation.

About You:

We are seeking individuals who:

Possess diverse skills and can demonstrate substantial experience in the aforementioned duties, maintaining highquality standards.
Hold a valid UK driver's license.
Are dependable and capable of working independently.
Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
Show selfmotivation and a desire for personal growth within the company.
Are reliable and punctual in their work commitments.
Possess conversational English skills and effective communication abilities.
Ideally, have prior experience working with a property maintenance company.
