BIRMINGHAM AND SOLIHULL MENTAL HEALTH NHS FOUNDATION TRUST - SECURE CARE AND OFFENDER HEALTH SERVICESTeam Administrator to the Psychology/OT Departments - Secure Care and Offender Health (Band hours per week)
The Team Administrator role is a central role within the departments and provides administrative support to the Psychology and OT Leads and Teams.
Working as a team player, you will need to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
You must have the ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet the needs of the service as your role is across two sites.
A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of working in a busy office environment is essential. The post holder will also be required to take comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation.
The successful applicant with have an NVQ Level III in Business Admin or equivalent plus relevant experience of working in an administrative role.
