**PROPERTY VIEWING GUIDE (PART TIME)

Residential Estate Agency**
Location: Brighton, BN2

Salary:
£10 -
13 p/h (possible commission bonus)

Position:
Part Time (2 days including Saturday)

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established, award winning Independent Estate Agency with offices across the Brighton area as a part-time
Property Viewing Guide.

The role will involve meeting and greeting potential home hunters, showing them around local properties and ensuring that each property shown to the best advantage.

You will provide them with precise knowledge about the property and the local area.

You will have face to face customer service experience, have impeccable time keeping, professional appearance coupled with faultless communication skills.

This is a flexible part-time role ideally working two or three days per week but
working on a Saturday will be essential.

The skills required for this Property Viewing Guide (Part Time) Estate Agent role will include:

Previous Estate Agency or customer facing experience essential
Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual
Extremely customer focused
A professional approach
High level of customer service
Good telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Full UK driving license and car owner required
