This job role is for Parkhouse Manor Care Home, Barrhead.

The successful applicant will be well rounded in DIY perhaps be from a trades background and be familiar with basic Building Maintenance but in particular will have a proficiency in decorating (Painting), it will be your main role to ensure that both homes are decorated to a high standard, are maintained according to policy and regulation, you will carry out regular building checks and ensure that all of the facility records are up to date and that all statutory inspections are carried out._

37.5 Hours Per week flexible but generally 8-4 pm each day._
