Description
Monitor and resolve customer returns, cases, and claims according to company and marketplace processes- Ensuring all selling channels and marketplaces uphold our Five Star Rating and Top Seller Status
- Liaising with couriers and using online portals to arrange deliveries, collections and resolve queries
- Overseeing various Marketplaces, monitoring the account health and responding professionally to customers' feedback/reviews.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Previous experience in furniture assembly and sales is a bonus

You will be based at Murton (YO19) therefore it is essential that you have your own no public transport around

£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
