Description
Monitor and resolve customer returns, cases, and claims according to company and marketplace processes

  • Ensuring all selling channels and marketplaces uphold our Five Star Rating and Top Seller Status
  • Liaising with couriers and using online portals to arrange deliveries, collections and resolve queries
  • Overseeing various Marketplaces, monitoring the account health and responding professionally to customers' feedback/reviews.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:


  • Previous experience in furniture assembly and sales is a bonus

You will be based at Murton (YO19) therefore it is essential that you have your own no public transport around

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 30/40 per week


Salary:
£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
