Customer Service Administrator

We are recruiting for a client who is onboarding a new member into the customer service team. This is an entry level role which would suit a customer focused individual that is a confident communicator and full of energy

You will be working closely with supportive senior managers who will train you and teach you everything you need to know for the role


Duties for Customer Service Administrator:

  • Order processing
  • Speaking to existing customers
  • Sending mailshots
  • Handling queries and problem solving
  • Sending samples
