About us

Banyards Taxis is expanding and needs more Home to school drivers with or without a licence we supply a company vehicle and help to obtain your licence.

owner drivers with own vehicles also required

Our work environment includes:

Modern vehicles and office setting
Casual/Smart work attire
Flexible working hours

Duties:

Safely and efficiently operate a Hackney/Private Hire vehicle with upto 8 passenger seats to designated locations
Load and unload passengers safley to and from home and school.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes.

- confident communicator, you are able to establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their parents/carers and the key stakeholders at the establishment they attend and address any issues or concerns

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle

Requirements:

Hold a valid UK driving licence.
Be able to drive a company supplied vehicle which may be 8seater people carriers
Whilst not essential, previous experience would be beneficial.
Ensure all compliance checks are completed, including:
Driving Assessment
Group 2 medical assessment to comply with licensing standards.
Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check, across Adult and Children Barred lists as standard, to comply with local authority and Private Hire licensing requirements.
Have the right to work in the UK.
