As an Insights Intern, you'll be plugged into a supportive and dynamic team who will be there to help you grow.

From day 1, you will have structured learning journey during your time with us, be given real and impactful work.

You will become part of the Insights Early Careers community, which includes other interns who work in offices worldwide to share your experiences with.

What will you be doing?

Our Sales team are the core driver of the growth of our business and operate in over 52 different countries.

They process thousands of orders a year and, as a business function, are comprised of a range of roles from Account Managers to Performance Analysts.

This internship will give you the chance to support the transfer of the Sales function onto an entire brand-new system that will fundamentally change how we manage our work.

You'll have the chance to:

Take on your own project over the 10 weeks
Work with stakeholder from around the world to understand their ways of working
You'll get a deep understanding of how out business operates
Learn how to map business processes
Provide reports and recommendations on these processes
Support on change management activities such as communication writing
