What does being a machine operator involve?

Operate and monitor machines during production runs
Set up machines according to specifications
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

What experience do you need to be a Labourer?

Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable e.g. operator, machine operative, general operative, yard operative
