Description
This a new substantive post within paediatric BMTU


It is an expansion post and brought about by increased clinical work in the Transplant department including stem cell gene therapy programmes, CAR-T work, and increased allogeneic transplant activity.

There is significant support of the hospital to the translational cell and gene therapy research programme.

The appointee will be expected to take part in the CAR-T, allogeneic transplant, and stem cell gene therapy clinical and research programmes.

The post holder will join the clinical team in BMT attending, as well as participating in leukaemia.
