NEW ROLE
FP&A Manager -Listed, Multi-Industry Company -£70,000-£75,000 - Herts - Hybrid Working

I am exclusively hiring an FP&A Manager for a listed conglomerate based in Hertfordshire. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in the office.

You will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and relevant analysis for all levels of management. This will include, but not limited to, monthly reports, critical review and interpretation of results and value-add analysis.

You must be comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels as well as working closely with senior stakeholders.


Some key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining detailed reporting models
  • Preparation of analysis and KPIs for the Group
  • Appraisals and analysis of potential opportunities, targets and markets
  • Driving and coordinating budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes as well as 13 week rolling cash flow forecast
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing information and data (KPI's) on the financial position and performance of the businesses
  • Working capital management and focus on aged debt and WIP
  • Analysis of historical trends and variance explanations Assistance with business case evaluation of capital expenditure, customer contracts and supplier agreements.
  • Assisting with weekly cash flow report

Requirements:


  • Finance qualification ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • 1 years PQE
  • Highly computer literate financial modelling experience
  • Excellent Excel skills can build models in Excel
  • Natural analytical mindset with the ability to analyse disparate and complex data and processes to identify key issues
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously
