The Opportunity Salary**:
£30,296 to £33,024 per annum

Contract Type: 1 x Permanent and 1 x Fixed Term


Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday

Part time hours per week -
Permanent
Full time - 37 hours per week -
Fixed term till 31/03/2025

The Business Support and Data Team supports services within Children's Commissioning and are leading the change to the way data is recorded, reported and helps influence key strategic changes.

We are looking for 2 new Data and Performance Officers to primarily, but not exclusively, support, develop and interrogate current commissioning data to deliver excellent and useful reporting.

You will be involved in improving and managing data quality, assisting a variety of services within Childrens Commissioning, which will ultimately lead to improvements in the lives of children and families in West Sussex.

If you are someone who enjoys ensuring that the quality of information and data is of the highest standard and have a good eye for detail, then we want to hear from you.


Just some of the skills and experience you will need include:

  • Excellent analytical skills and sound problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues.
  • Demonstrable evidence of developing management systems.
  • Highly computer literate with the ability to manipulate complex data and produce reports using a variety of software, with supporting financial data.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Advisory, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and plan own workload to meet deadlines and targets.
