Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a global commercial organisation based in Rochester, Kent to recruit an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of Finance and working in a team you will be responsiblefor the smooth operations and timely and accurate Accounts Receivable functions supporting the finance team.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Processing large volumes of invoices on SAP
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash allocation
- Month end close to a strict timetable and AR ledger reconciliation
- Client Account Cash
- Reconciliation of daily client account cash
- Cash allocation
- Manage documentation
- Issue credit notes and invoices
- Bank monthly reconciliation
- Reconciliation of all cash posted in bank accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Post of intercompany transactions
