  • Are you seeking a new role in Events and Training Coordination? Do you have experience and are looking to develop your skills further?

Juice is excited to be supporting a charity based in Bristol city centre with their search for an Events and Training Coordinator.

This role is part time 21 hours per week.

You Will Be:

  • Organise and Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programmes and events including inhouse training.
  • Create and monitor training and events budgets work in line with the Skills Project Manager.
  • Secure support and funding for events and training.
  • Work with the Finance Assistant to ensure all fees and other payments are completed.
  • Develop, maintain and manage an uptodate list of stakeholders' trainers and consultants.
  • Ensure timely information is provided in relation to events and training in order to provide a planned marketing approach.
  • Qualityassure all events and training where possible.
  • Maintain an effective booking system
  • Respond to enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal and external trainers and venues to include the administration of contracts, pre and post training and event procedures and feedback.
  • Work with the Skills Project Manager to ensure that events and training are properly costed and within budget.
  • Produce monitoring and evaluation reports of training and events.
  • Facilitate the smooth implementation of online, hybrid and inperson events and training courses, supporting staff or associates to deliver effective sessions.
  • Contribute to the company information services.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, appraisals, and training as agreed with their line manager.

You Will Need:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Skilled at building professional relationships
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability research and analyse information so that it is accessible to a range of audiences
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high level of ITC knowledge
  • Available immediately
  • Available to work 21 hours per week

Details:

  • Hours: 21 per week
  • Pay: £13.77 per hour, Weekly pay
  • 4 Month Assignment with a possible extension
  • Office Based
