Description
Customer Support Assistant

Due to our expansion plans within the professional photographic industry we are looking to recruit a Customer Support Assistant.


Responsibilities:


Become the first level of interaction for customer over the telephone offering support, advice as well as answering sales questions.

Deal with customers face to face in our reception. Handling financial transactions through various methods.
Booking orders in and out of our production facility.
Progress chasing orders within the laboratory.


Essential Requirements:
Positive attitude
Good written and verbal skills
Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
PC Literate
Desire to help others
Good team player willing to help wherever required
A can do attitude with the ability to learn new concepts


Would be Advantageous:
Previous customer service experience
Photography knowledge
Photoshop Knowledge


Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
