We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Foil Resistors division

Responsibilities:

Customer point of contact for all questions with support for guidelines concerning price lists, quotation, part number validation etc.
Order (entry and change) primary function with implementation of delivery for product and pricing fully validated.
Coordinates all customer complaints including requests for RMA (Return merchandise authorization) to replace as warranted.
Handle RFQ (request for quote) process timely with full supporting documents for review by business and make complete approved offers. Followup on all opportunities and routine reporting with closure.
New material requests coordinated for setup and implementation for ordering and quoting including material master and customer material information records.
Weekly backlog review of customer business with emphasis on supervision of purchase orders until delivered, including all needed special arrangements.
Followup FAE activities

- customer visits/samples. Support FAE administratively and search for new customers to visit.

Requirements:

- completed training as a commercial clerk is desired

MS Office productsbasic office intermediate level experience is required.
Experience working with a ERP and CRM system
English and German language (spoken and written)
Ability to work on deadlines, multitask, prioritize effectively, communicate strategic information effectively and contribute to maintaining control and growth of the business.
