Description
Sales Support Administrator required to support a small team. The role is responsible for providing wider support to the sales process.

  • Dealing with incoming Calls
  • Price and delivery enquiries/quotes
  • Chasing delivery/changing schedule dates
  • Processing samples/literature requests from customers
  • Processing orders, amendments and scheduling deliveries
  • Chasing deliveries from supplier, stock enquiries to supplier
  • Resolve stock queries/shortages
  • General correspondence and follow up with customers
  • Customers purchase order review, processing and scheduling
  • Dealing with account queries returned goods, credits
  • Checking Sales Orders and supplier prices agree
  • Amending purchase orders on system
  • Chasing supplier for outstanding orders and acknowledgements
  • Maintaining purchase order files
You will need to have strong customer service and administration skills.
