Sales Support Administrator required to support a small team. The role is responsible for providing wider support to the sales process.- Dealing with incoming Calls
- Price and delivery enquiries/quotes
- Chasing delivery/changing schedule dates
- Processing samples/literature requests from customers
- Processing orders, amendments and scheduling deliveries
- Chasing deliveries from supplier, stock enquiries to supplier
- Resolve stock queries/shortages
- General correspondence and follow up with customers
- Customers purchase order review, processing and scheduling
- Dealing with account queries returned goods, credits
- Checking Sales Orders and supplier prices agree
- Amending purchase orders on system
- Chasing supplier for outstanding orders and acknowledgements
- Maintaining purchase order files
