About the team
Performance & Incentives (P&I) are powerful tools for furthering the company's strategic goals.
A robust Performance & Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent, while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals.
The Performance & Incentives team at ByteDance, therefore, are constantly benchmarking and striving for the best practice & return on investment in developing competitive C&B policies.
The Performance & Incentives team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking.The Performance & Incentives team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization.
Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
Parts of this role will require providing support across ByteDance, as well as TikTok. ByteDance is TikTok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.What You Will Do:
- Contribute towards the ongoing rollout of ByteDance's global benefits strategy, and improve outcomes for 27 countries in EMEA through building and optimising the team's decisionmaking processes;
- Leading and executing local and regional benefits projects endtoend using analytical methods including, but not limited to, data mining, industry research, user research, etc;
- Identifying, defining and helping to prioritise benefits projects to empower the team to reach goals effectively;
- Managing critical benefits vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems;
- Developing strategic partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
Qualifications:
Minimium Qualifications
- Experienced in people/human resource analysis, or business/data analysis;
- Fluency in English;
- Proven in report writing skills, be able to do proposals based on research and analysis, which are presentable to stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Benefits related capacity;
- Knowledge and experience in SQL, Python or SPSS is an advantage;
- Selfmotivation and curiosity, fastlearning to discover the relationship between data and human resources policies;
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Experienced working in fastpaced environment, preferably in a tech firm.
