Senior Credit Controller
£30,000 - £35,000 + Bens
North London

Our client, a diverse and fast-paced market leading organisation, is looking to source a confident and dedicated Credit Manager to join a small team and take full responsibility for the debt relating to a specific Division which,based on revenues alone, hassignificant impact on the wider Group.

You will be tasked with minimising the debt of this business area, ensuring timely collection, as well as reducing exposure to risk.

You must demonstrate solid understanding of debt and its drivers, ensuring correct controls are in place. You will also be expectedto partner across the organisation, to influence the business on changes in process or policy.

Key duties include:

Managing debt collection process by ensuring 100% of failed payments are dealt with from day zero, as well as managing aged debt within agreed targets
Monitoring, reporting and managing team and debt performance against targets; analysing and interpreting information to advise the business of trends and drive operational efficiencies
Ensuring best procedures are in place and processes and systems are regularly reviewed
Quality checking team tasks
Attending Operational meetings both internal and with external suppliers/clients

You will consider yourself to be strong team leader, with a hands-on approach and positive attitude.

Communications skills must be of a very high standard and you'll have examples to date where you've built relationships effectively at all levels within thebusiness, as well as external customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, diligent Credit/Debt Manager with a proven history of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.

You will be given the freedom to make your mark on the organisation, by proactively implementing new waysof working and recommending business processes that will ultimately add value and reduce debt wherever possible.
