The Role:


The Shift Team Leader, someone who can really make the difference day to day on the factory floor ensuring the production plans are hit and labour targets are being met.

As the Shift Team Leader, you'll be leading a team throughout production, packaging & warehouse ensuring all KPI's.

This includes maintaining and achieving high levels of GMP, H&S and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Along with being one of the key leaders onsite, you'll being working on a

Monday to Friday position - on a day shift. Reporting into Production Manager.


What you'll need:


  • Previous leadership experience (ideally a couple of years)
  • Recent manufacturing exposure
  • An understanding FMCG manufacturing safety standards
  • Knowledge of KPI's
  • Strong communication skills
