Bourne Estate Agents are a fully independent business that has quickly built up an enviable network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.

We are currently looking for a Viewing Assistant in our Cobham Branch.


Duties

  • Acting as an ambassador for the Company showing people around properties that are on the market.
  • Diary management and time management.
  • Ensuring the office gets clear feedback on all viewings carried out.
  • Deliver a word of mouth services to generate new and repeat business.


Although experience within estate agency is not essential, it would be advantageous if you do possess relevant sales or industry skills and are familiar with the Cobham and surrouding areas.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surrey, KT11 2LR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
