An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and focused individual to join the Restorative Dentistry administration team at the Eastman Dental Hospital.
You will undertake a key role in a busy and demanding service, ensuring we deliver on a range of targets including clinic and theatre utilisation, RTT compliance and waiting list management.
You will work closely with your colleagues, with a view to providing a streamlined pathway for patients in the service.
At times, you will be actively involved in the patient's full pathway from referral to treatment.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive and energy to improve the patient experience.
Provide an efficient and effective administrative service to a multi disciplinary team.
Actively manage administrative processes and co ordinate care associated with patient pathways, including validation, bookings and solving queries that arise.
Provide patients with a primary point of contact between the multi disciplinary team and their colleagues, patients, relatives and GPs, providing relevant information and assisting with queries.
