Description

Working for a small but busy and enthusiastic team, you will be required to carry out a variety of administration tasks.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with incoming visitors
  • Liaising and updating customers with order progress
  • Diary management
  • Ordering of stock
  • Updating and managing stock on computerised system
  • Working with the accounts team to assist in bank reconciliations
  • Updating employee records
  • Facilities management

We are looking for:

  • Computer literacy and able to pick up new software quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ideally hold a valid driving licence
  • Dynamic
  • Organised
  • Reliable
  • Team player
  • Minimum of one years previous experience in a similar role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
