Description
Working for a small but busy and enthusiastic team, you will be required to carry out a variety of administration tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone and dealing with incoming visitors
- Liaising and updating customers with order progress
- Diary management
- Ordering of stock
- Updating and managing stock on computerised system
- Working with the accounts team to assist in bank reconciliations
- Updating employee records
- Facilities management
We are looking for:
- Computer literacy and able to pick up new software quickly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ideally hold a valid driving licence
- Dynamic
- Organised
- Reliable
- Team player
- Minimum of one years previous experience in a similar role
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
