Description

Job Title: Temporary Void Repairs Coordinator

Your new company has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Void Repairs Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Your role will involve taking full ownership of comprehensive workload management for the void repairs team, planning, scheduling and tracking progress of works. This includes ensuring that all mandatory compliance tests have been completed before handing properties back for letting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

To effectively administer all the repairs functions related to void properties.
To take responsibility for ensuring that all work is scheduled in the most time-effective manner for maximum efficiency.
Effectively administering the repairs process, including call handling, diagnosing faults, raising jobs, allocating and issuing jobs, managing Works In Progress (WIP), and completing repair works in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Demonstrable ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders within the organisation.
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Clear and articulate communication skills, both written & verbal.

Experience within social housing or a similar role is extremely desirable.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Skills: Void property management, repairs coordination, workload management, effective communication, Microsoft Office proficiency.

This is a temporary position for 3 months, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team during this time.
