This education company created a brand new insights department and are now looking to appoint a project manager to run things efficiently.

If you are a proven Project Manager who holds excellent quantitative & qualitative abilities and an ability to appreciatethe full research picture, you will know what it takes to shape this role.

**This company creates programmes to support missing layers of learning in school curriculum - like financial literacy and their new insight department measures the impact of those programmes on teachers, parent groups and young people.


They were named as 'Most Innovative Company' in 2020 and are empowering educators and addressing the digital divide that exists within education.

Their office is in London, but there's no set days you must be in. That means you choose the pattern that suitsyou best. Most people are only doing one day per week.

Yes, you will be the only Project Manager to begin with. But you'll have lots of support from the Head of Insight in learning how the department operates.

You will own this role, define the process, manage relationships with stakeholders & suppliers andmake sure everything runs to time & budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • As Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered to schedule and on budget
  • Contribute to both quantitative & qualitative research projects, helping to create research reports and outputs that reflect compelling insights
  • Establish effective relationships with external suppliers, recruiters and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of effective fieldwork
  • Oversee quality assurance within project lifecycle, including the proofing of surveys and maintaining key timings and status reports

Skills/Experience

  • A passion for driving social change and addressing educational inequalities both domestically and internationally
  • You will possess solid understandings of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and fieldwork
  • Excellent project management experience with experience managing schedules and budgets
  • Strong organisational abilities with an ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
