Lettings Negotiator

Our client is an award winning independent Estate agency offering a great working environment with lots of progression opportunity available.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in the marketing and letting of residential properties
Conducting viewings with potential tenants
Negotiating rental terms and securing agreements
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements:

A strong desire to learn and grow within the property industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving license

Salary:
£18,000 - £20,000

OTE £23,000
