HRBP Band 8A

I am working with a leading NHS organisation based in Devon who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team for 3-6 months.

Overview of the role

This organisation will be mobilising a transformation programme to improve the health journey and impact for children, young people and their families.

Alongside this they are also working with partner organisations to facilitate streamlined working practices(policy, recruitment, etc) for their directorate that reports to two separate foundation trusts.

This organisation requires a HRBP to support through mobilisation of its transformation plan and to respond to HR requests for our workforce employed by the Trust.

Given the nature of the role we also need someone to feel part of the broader People Hub teamfor advice, support and potentially shared line management.
